Every ScienceJoys product is covered by a 6-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

What’s covered

• Motor, sensor, and electronic component failures under normal use.
• Structural defects (broken plastic parts, missing components at delivery).
• Any manufacturing fault that prevents the product from working as described.

What’s not covered

• Normal wear and tear from repeated use.
• Damage from misuse, drops, water exposure, or modifications.
• Consumable items (reagents, batteries, adhesives, printed manuals).

How to claim

Email support@sciencejoys.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or short video. We respond within one business day and typically resolve claims with a free replacement part or full replacement kit.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, which guarantees a minimum 2-year legal conformity guarantee on all consumer goods sold in the EU.
